Where the reviews are
Reviews of Electro Access are on its Google Business Profile, the listing that appears in Google Search and Google Maps. Reviews are left by clients on Google; we do not edit them. The badge on this page shows the rating and the number of reviews on that profile on the date they were last checked, and it links straight to the profile, where every review can be read in full.
How we treat reviews
- We do not write or buy reviews, and we do not offer anything in return for one.
- We do not edit or choose them: whatever a client writes on Google stays as they wrote it.
- We do not copy them onto this site: no review text is quoted here, so the version on Google, with its date and its author, is the only one.
- We do not mark them up for search engines: the rating is there for you to check, not repeated in hidden code.
Leaving a review
If we have worked for you, you can review the job on the Google profile linked from the badge. Honest reviews, critical ones included, help other owners, hosts and venue managers decide.
Telling us directly
If something about a job could have been better, tell us first, so that we can put it right: write to elektroaccess8@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message to +385 95 506 8145. A complaint about the work itself is handled as described in the terms of work.

Reviews are one way to judge a contractor. You can also look at the photos of our own jobs under from the field, read how a job runs from the first message to the handover, and check who we are on the about page. When you are ready, describe the job on the quote form.
