The quickest way to reach us is a WhatsApp message or a phone call. Describe briefly what needs doing and where the property is, and we come back to you about a site visit or a quote. Prices follow the scope of the work, so every job is quoted in writing.
Phone and WhatsApp
Call or message +385 95 506 8145. The same number works for calls and for WhatsApp, which is the easiest way to send photos of the board, the fault or the place of work. Calls are answered in working hours (07:00–16:00); a WhatsApp message can be sent at any time, and we reply on the same working day for messages received before 16:00.
Email and the quote form
Email elektroaccess8@gmail.com, or use the quote form, which asks for the details we need to prepare a quote: what needs doing, where the property is, what kind of property it is and how you would like us to reply. After you send the form you receive a reference number, and you can send photos for that reference on WhatsApp.
Where we are
Electro Access is based at Između dolaca 13, Nova Mokošica, 20236 Dubrovnik (Mokošica), Croatia, in the north-west of the city. The work itself happens at your property: flats, houses, venues and buildings across the city, the Old Town included. Meetings and site visits are arranged by message or phone, and where we work lists the districts we cover and the places further out where work is agreed on request.
What to write in your message
- What needs doing: for example a new distribution board, a fault, a new installation, cameras or work on a facade.
- Where the property is: the address or the district, and whether it is a flat, a house, a venue or a building in the Old Town.
- A photo, if you have one: a picture of the board, the fault or the place of work makes the assessment and the quote easier.
If the property is let or the venue is open, add the times when the work can be done.
